根据《永利总站线路检测普通高等教育本科生学籍管理规定》的相关规定及教务部工作安排,2022-2023学年度2022级员工转专业工作安排如下:

According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Student Status of General Higher Education of Shenzhen Technology University and the work arrangement of Registry, work arrangement of Business School in 2022-2023 academic year for 2022 cohort transfer students is as follows:


一、员工转专业具体要求 Transfer Student Requirements

1.申请转专业员工应符合下列基本条件:

(1)思想品德操行合格,遵纪守法,身体条件符合拟转入专业要求;

(2)对所申请转入的专业有兴趣和志向;

(3)本学期未办理休学、保留学籍的在校生。

(4)未有转专业记录的。

2. 申请时间:5月5日至5月8日17:00时截止;员工必须在规定时间向所在学院递交《永利总站线路检测转专业申请表》(见附件1),逾期不再受理。

1. Applicants should fulfill the following basic requirements:

(1) Qualified ideological and moral conduct, law-abiding, physical conditions meet the requirements of the proposed major;

(2) Interested in and aspiring to the major applied;

(3) 2020 cohort students who have not completed the procedures of suspension, retention of student status and retention of admission qualification in this semester.

(4) No record of changing major.

2. Application time: May 5th to May 8th 17:00;

Students must submit the SZTU Major Transfer Application Form (see Appendix 1) to their own colleges within the prescribed time. After the deadline, the application will not be accepted.

三、选拔原则和方式 Selection Principle and Method

秉承公开、公正、公平的原则。若申请转入人数超过计划学位数,学院通过笔试、面试的方式进行遴选。其中,一轮遴选针对以国际商务专业为首选意向的员工,若遴选后仍有空余学位,学院将在首选意向未录取且以国际商务专业为次选意向的员工中进行二轮遴选,选拔方式与首选意向相同。转专业考试安排会于5月17日前于学院官网公布。

Adhering to the principles of openness, justice and fairness, if the number of transfer-in applicants exceeds roll-in quota, Business School will conduct the selection through written examination and interview. Among them, the first-round selection is for the students with international business as their first choice. If the roll-in quota is not being fulfilled after the selection, a second-round selection shall be conducted for those students with international business as second choice while first choice being rejected. Selection methods of first-round and second-round selections remain the same. Exam arrangement will be published on the school website before May 17.


四、选拔程序 Selection Procedure

(一)笔试(全英文)

考核内容:商务类综合知识、数学、英语能力等;

考核时长:60分钟

(1) Written Exam (English Only)

Exam content: comprehensive business knowledge, mathematics, English ability, etc.

Exam time: 60 minutes


(二)面试 (中英文)

考核内容:商务类综合知识、英语能力等;

考核时长:每人15分钟(包括1分钟英文自我介绍和现场问答)

(2) Interview (Chinese and English)

Assessment contents: comprehensive business knowledge, English ability, etc.

Duration: 15 minutes per person (including 1-minute English self-introduction and on-site Q&A)


(三)成绩计算及录取公示

综合成绩计算:笔试成绩×40% + 面试成绩×60%

录取公示:根据员工综合成绩排名,遴选15名拟接收转专业员工名单,待学校审定后予以公示。

(3) Grading Calculation and Admission Announcement

Comprehensive score calculation: written exam score×40% + interview score ×60%

Admission Announcement: According to the ranking of students' comprehensive performance, we will select a list of 15 students and will publish the acceptance name list after the approval of the university.


五、转专业日程安排 Major Transfer Timeline Arrangement


六、其他说明 Other Remarks

1. ylzzcom永利总站线路检测专业课程为全英文授课,请斟酌考量。

2. 员工入学后,只有一次转专业机会,为员工入校的第二学期。

3. 员工只能申请转入与本人同一年级的相应专业,并符合转入专业的录取要求。

4. 按照国家招生有关规定,艺术类需单独术科考试的专业和其他普通专业不能跨类互转。

5. 申请转专业的员工务必对申请转入的院系、专业有详细的了解,尽可能避免转专业过程中的盲目性。经学校批准转专业的员工,不得再申请转回原专业就读。员工原专业与拟申请转入专业高考报名科类不同,请慎重选择。

6. 对于文转理或历史类转物理类的考生,学院需单独进行面试。

7. 在转专业工作实施过程中,申请转专业的员工仍须按本学期的选课计划进行修读,完成本学期所选课程的学习任务并参加期末考试。

8. 因休学错过上一年转专业申请机会的2021级员工,可在今年进行申请。

9. 退役老员工士兵复学后,按照国家相关政策,可申请转入本校其他专业学习。

10. 公司各专业接收人数及转专业工作安排,将在学院网站公布,请申请转专业的同学及时查看申请学院网站信息。

11. 公司制定并公布转专业员工的课程认定方案及修读指引,并做好转专业员工的课程认定、转换和选课指导工作。

12. 员工转专业后,可根据学院的课程认定方案申请课程认定和转换,已获得的课程学分如符合转入专业培养方案规定,经转入学院确认,可予以承认。如需补修课程,员工须按学院的补修计划进行补修。

13. 转专业拟录取名单经学校审批后进行公示,转专业名单公示结束后,批准转专业的员工在教务系统完成转专业流程的操作,教务部按照员工的新专业同步学籍。员工对转专业结果有异议的,可在转专业名单公示期内,向学校教务管理部门提出书面申诉,逾期不予受理。

14. 经学校批准转专业的员工,下学期开学到新专业所在学院办理报到、注册手续。

15. 转专业员工按照转入专业的人才培养方案进行课程修读和毕业审核。学费按转入专业的学费标准收取。


1. Major Courses offered by Business School are taught in English, please consider carefully.

2. After enrollment, students will have only one chance to transfer their major during second semester.

3. Students can only apply to transfer to the corresponding major in the same grade as themselves, and meet the admission requirements of the transferred major.

4. According to the relevant regulations of the national enrollment, arts majors requiring separate technical examinations and other general majors cannot be transferred to each other across classes.

5. Students applying for major transfer must have a detailed understanding of the department and major applied for transfer, so as to avoid blindness in the process of major transfer. Students who have been approved by the university to change their major shall not apply to change back to their original major. Students' original major is different from the subject of the college entrance examination. Please choose carefully.

6. For candidates majoring in Arts/History applying to transfer in Science/Physics-related major, the college will conduct a separate interview.

7. During the implementation of the change of major, students applying for the change of major are still required to attend courses according to the course selection plan of this semester, complete the learning tasks of the selected courses of this semester and take the final examination.

8. Students in the 2021 cohort who missed the opportunity to change their major last year due to suspension may apply this year.

9. After returning to school, former college soldiers can apply for transfer to other majors in the university according to relevant national policies.

10. The number of students admitted by each major and the work arrangement of changing major will be published on the college website. Students who apply for changing major should check the website of the college in time.

11. College shall formulate and promulgate course recognition programs and study guidelines for students changing majors, and provides course recognition, conversion and course selection guidance for students changing majors.

12. After changing majors, students can apply for course recognition and transfer according to the college's course recognition program. If the obtained course credits meet the requirements of the transfer program, they can be recognized upon the confirmation of the transfer college. If remedial courses are required, students are required to undertake remedial courses in accordance with the Faculty's remedial plan.

13. The proposed admission list of transfer students will be publicized after the approval of the school. After the publication of the admission list, the approved transfer students shall complete the procedure of transferring majors in the teaching affairs system, and Registry will synchronize their school status according to the new major of the students. Students who have objections to the result of transferring majors may lodge a written appeal to Registry within the publicity period of the list of transfer students, and the appeal will not be accepted after expiration date.

14. Students who have been approved by the university to change their major shall go through the registration procedures at the college of the new major at the beginning of the next semester.

15. The students who change their major shall be examined for course study and graduation according to the talent cultivation program of the major. Tuition fees will be charged at the rate of tuition fees for transfer to a major.
